Important Information

  • All assurance claims are carefully reviewed and tested to determine the root cause of the issue.
  • If the product is found to be in full working condition, it will be sent back to the customer.
  • This assurance policy does not cover damages caused by negligence, improper use, or third-party accessories.
  • True Shop is not responsible for any damage caused to other devices when used with our products.
